As I saw, there are a lot of people say they are very professor and academic because of they know a lot things, because I think the definition of professor and academic is authoritative and it is more reasonable and more reliable than the other one. So I can’t agree with that. For example someone said he is very professor because of he is know everything like what is Daniel Pink talking about “crowd of amateurs”. The biggest advantage of this kind of people is they really have a very broadly knowledge area. They know many things are many different academic areas. Also this point makes a very big disadvantage for them that is they are not be versed in any of parts. I meant all they learned nothing is deeply. As I state above, I think the definition of not to be professor and academic is people who have lot of knowledge which from internet, TV or books. This kind people have more wide vision and I think that can be a very good point. I also think the amateurs really have a wide knowledge of the issues they write about, because they can search important information from all kinds’ resources like google and youtube.

Inverse of this situation there is another kind of people Daniel Pink calls them “expert.” Those people they are really good at some academic area and very, very deeply. However sometimes they are so independent. All the things happen in this world there is nothing just happen along. If someone show some study result to public it must to depends on thousands things. So I mean if those people called “expert” they want do something and make it successful what they need is teamwork. They need relate to other work, it is like a pizza. Everyone is one piece of the whole work and each one take that responsibility for their own piece then it will be make a whole pizza, a wonderful one. When I want to write a paper in college, I will use an expert, because it is more authoritative.

In us normal life, if someone saw there is a study result published by a “crowd of amateurs” he or she must be thinking a long time to decide believe that or not. However, if there is a study result published by someone who is an “expert” in that area. When people read that they will believe that immediately and with no doubt. Because of in academic area when people heard something about “crowd of amateurs” they think that is no different with normal people in academic area.

After read the article by Daniel Pink it is let me know don’t believe what is academic journals, books, newspapers, tv, blogs, Wikipedia, etc say easily. Be specific in my life, I need to learn how judge a thing or a study result is that can be believed. For example there are lots ads show from TV that is said join in some plan that is start by a very smart guy “maybe that is a kindly crowd of amateurs” and how to make money from it. Those ads also invited some normal guys said they already make money from it and try to make everyone to believe that is true. Otherwise in school when I try to write essay now I know I’d better to read that very clearly if I want according to someone’ professional study result.
